Bad Service at Capitec Bank- Berea

Hello,

I am a Capitec Bank client and I have received nothing but excellent service from most branches that I've been to and I have never been disappointed till yesterday. Due to some circumstances I had to go to the Berea branch and I am sorry to say this, but I was highly disappointed. The consultants take mighty long before calling in the next client. The worst was when it was my turn. I was told that I should bring my payslips dating back to April (something I have never heard of before) for my loan to be approved and was told that the bank will only close at 5:30pm. I managed to get all those requested documents on time and went back to the bank at 5pm and due to the slow service I only managed to get to a consultant at 5:25pm who then told me that she can no longer assist me since they close at 5:30pm and I should come back the next day. To be honest I didnt even have any more energy or time to waste there as another Client was also waiting to speak to the manager regarding the terrible service. This branch could learn one or two things from the Pavilion and the Kwa Mashu branch. They know how to provide great customer service.
