I expected some form of help after having had been defrauded by someone who claims to own a property in centruion through a Capitec bank account, Only realized it later that i had paid money into the 's account (a capitec bank account), quickly ran to the nearest branch to try and stop the transaction or reverse it either way, there was a host or a client liasing officer by the door whom i presume to be clueless on such situations, he could not even allow me access to the consultants desk cause according to him i was actually in a wrong place because the bank could only assist account holders which obviously gave this enough time to withdraw my money.
After getting some advices from friends, I then called the headoffice- section, who then reffered me to their forensic department, i must comment that the lady i spoke to has got human qualities, i could tell that am talking to someone who knows what she doing, unfortunately she couldnt do much since she then advised me to go report the case, but she confirmed that the guy was already withdrawing and if they going to refund me they will give me the balance, Thus promoting.
