Capitec, who must we turn to?

Since last year, my husband's account has been debited for R91 and R92 by some fishy companies whom we do no know. We were not aware of this because Capitec does not send an sms for any amount less than R100. When we discovered what is happening, we quickly went to Capitec to request assistance to stop this debit orders. Then the lady consultant tells us there is nothing she can do, because we need to get letters from the companies that are debiting the account. We asked her for the information on these companies so we can contact us, she couldnt find the names or numbers of these companies,
Now, how are we supposed to get letters from these companies, if we do not know who they are.
Now these companies are enjouing my husband's money while Capitec refuses to help them.
This is the reason why I left Capitec and moved to another bank. Their service lately is questionable.
Now we are asking WHY? WHY? do you refuse to help us. My husband is considering leaving this bank because it seems like they dont care about their customer, and we became customers when Capitec Bank launched.
