It's the 26th of February 2013 and the bank is as busy as you can imagine. I got to the teller only to be told that for reversals I now need to produce a conformation letter from the company I'm reversing from, stating the reasons of my cancellation. I take that and leave the matter for later. Yesterday, after mission impossible, I finally got all the proof of my cancellation, at least I thought until the consultant informed me that the info that I have was inadequate for them to process my query and the manager of this branch (320, Pine Street also confirmed this) I then told then that this was the info I got from the other consultant at the Smith Street Branch, of which this one clearly works contrarily from, which got me thinking if this was a banking institution or just a kindergarten where accurate customer education or first contact resolution is just a foreign language. I then called what was supposed to be the customer care line..and that will be the story of another day...
