On the 15th February I went to the Harrison street branch of Capitec bank to activate my mobile banking on my account. The consultant gave me 2 pages to sign in order to activate the mobile banking system.
The following day the bank called me and informed me that there were 2 more forms that I didn't sign, I told them that I can only come to the bank on the Monday 18th feb. I didn't go to the bank then, so on the 28 February the bank called again an told me to come complete the 2 remaining forms in Harrison str branch. I mentioned to them that I will be at the branch on Monday.

on the 1st March I went to the Kewest ATM to withdraw cash, toy horror there were no funds available, I went inside the Keywest branch to enquire of my accounts balance. I was told that there was money from my account transferred into another Capitec account belonging to a Malefu person and that there were suspicions of an inside job.
All I wany from Capitec is to reverse the transfer back into my account NOW
