NO RESPONSE WHATSOEVER

On the 26th of October, I had purchased electricity at Capitec bank via cellphone banking, when I got home the token could not go through. I contacted Capitec and was informed that there is no problem on their side i must go to my municipality office. On Tuesday the 29th I took half day's leave from work work to sort this matter out. I visited Bufallo City municipality in Munifin centre, East London, was informed that the municipality does not sell electricity via cellphone banking or atm's for that matter. I went to a Capitec Branch in Oxford street, East London, instead of being refunded my money I was told they will investigate this matter, Aweek later and will be contacted. I am still waiting, and I was thinking of switching my bank and bank with them but after this. Something so simple, and to waste my time and money, Are they expecting me to go back there to find out how is this going.
