PROBLEM SINCE DAY ONE

I have had a problem since day one with African Bank - Ellerines.
I had bought furniture from them (Shop in Delmas) to pay off with monthly instalments. R 869.00 p/m. I was doing cash payments every month.
*I was charged for insurance witch I did not want, I have requested them to correct the account and I am still being charged for it.
*In 2012, I lost my job and moved back to Johannesburg. I had no means of paying them. I then contacted them on numerous occasions that as soon as I have a job I will start making payments. I was charged for this time that is correct; I did make payments when possible.
I feel the balance they have is incorrect. I have requested a recon? AND RECIEVED NOTHING
*I have written a letter and requested via the call centre for them to send me statements, as I try and make a payment every month however the balance does not reduce.
*I have asked for assistance with updating my details and this has still not been done
*I have also made arrangements numerous times, however keep receiving phone calls as to were the call centre agent can only confirm that they have phoned me the day before. And not that I have made an arrangement. How can this be???
