The last two weeks my pool has been leaking water on a massive scale then water level has been dropping about half a meter every few days on Friday 1/03/2013 i phone outsurance to put in a claim seeing as they advertise And i quote "we will be over backwards to satisfy there client" which is bunch of marketing mambo jumbo but thanks to the consumer act i will be taking them to court, they very eagerly get people to come and the damage which 3 of them are complete can barely speak English just to phone me to tell me they are "rejecting the claim due to this has been going for a long time" then why if it has been going on so long would i wait so long to get it fixed outsurance is a bunch of that just drain your money and you get absolutely zero service back so there statement that they will bend over backwards is a load of hog wash
