In December I had a dispute that was resolved, IEMAS took the car back, refunded me my instalments and sent me a settlement letter. I thought the matter was put to rest but in February they deduucted money from my payslip and when I enquired, I was told it was done in error and they would refund me only on receipt of documents from myself. Now I don't understand why I have to run around again to sort out an IEMAs mess, why can they just refund my money as they have all they need? I sent Lana Jennings 2 emails and escalated it but to this day I have not had a response. I want my money refunded as I feel it is unfair for me to be pebalised for someones error or incompetence.
And also each time I emailed my query I got out of office replies which I find is just making things worse as each time I have to re explain the query and I feel I'm being sent from pillar to post.
