It has taken numerous emails to establish a date and time of a Natis document to be delivered to my insurance company from Iemas. After 2 days I received a date but I require a time as well which for some reason cannot be given to me. The document was couriered thus it should have a tracking number, for that reason it can be TRACKED and a time can be given.
I also need a settlement letter for the vehicle today but for some reason the system only updates monthly and I can only be given one next week, which will result that I have to wait for Iemas to refund me over payment (which I will have to wait for even longer), this will also be a disadvantage to me as the interest will be worked out from next week and not today, thus I will be over charged. The amount for the vehicle has been taken off my salary, which I received today, thus I need a settlement letter today. I was never told with commencement of the contract that your system only updates monthly. This can be worked out manually by any one competent enough and be given to me.
