Missing Payment

Payment I made on the 28/11/2012 went missing. I mailed Absa about this on 07/12/12 only to receive a reply on 22/02/13.
Absa's reply:

We are currently experiencing extremely high e-mail volumes and we apologise for any inconvenience due to this.

Can you please help me with a missing payment.
I made a payment to #### (AC:####) on the 28/11/12 and the money is still not reflecting in her account.
Please find attach my proof of payment and see below my correspondence with FNB.
According to FNB the money is deducted from my account and paid to ######. However, the money is still not in the account. Please let me know what the delay is to this payment
