Shocking Service

I contacted Iemas with regards to a vehicle I have financed through them. Currently I am selling my vehicle, and had contacted Retha Nel regarding the transaction. I am required to obtain a loan from Iemas with regards to the settlement of the vehicle. After being asked to send the necessary documents to Iemas, I contacted Retha to find out if my documents and request had been received and to find out the length of such a process. Informing me that my documents had been received Retha confirmed that the process would not take long. I informed Retha that the issue is a matter of urgency.
The next morning I follow up as I have still not been contacted, I receive an out of office from Retha, no feedback had been given nor had any action been taken, however Retha is out of the office. I am not happy at all with the service recieved from Iemas. I have had to follow up on four occasions, and not once has Iemas contacted me regarding my request. I have had to follow up and find out what is happening. Can someone actually assist and not just ignore me.
