Reported a vehcle accident claim by telephone to IEMAS call centre on 13th March 2013 - no feedback. Found on 15th March that the original claim report was lost, redid the telephonic claim report (received claim number ARN678904). Submitted required repair quote, ID, drivers license by fax on the 28th March. Enquired about progress on 05th April - claims consultant were to revert back to me. Re-submitted documents by fax and email on 08th April. As yet no response...
