BAD, very Bad Service

On the 22 March 2013 we (My wife and I) informed IEMAS via email and telephonically, that we resigned and would like to make arrangements to pay our account via debit order as from 30 April 2013. We were then asked to fill in documentation which we did and sent it in the very next day. To our suprise, Iemas took all the money from our last salary. Meaning we have no money to pay our debts or put food in our childrens mouhts after making arrangements with them. this the reply we got " We appreciate that you arranged in advance for a debit order, we have considered to give you a refund but the status on your credit buro profile leave us no choice than to deduct the money"
