I took out 2 policies with IEMAS to cover the cost of my & my wife's estate if either of us die. The policies were reflected on my statement every month. A year ago the one mysteriously was omitted from my account and even though they promise me that the policy still exist and is paid up, I cannot get them to put it on my monthly statement. This is worrying because I now do not have any proof that the policy is still valid. If I should die they could just claim that the policy has not been paid and my wife will have to pay thousands in estate fees. I tried contacting them numerous times but nobody replies to my e-mails.
