I'm writing this mail not to complain as per such. I had a short term loan with IEMAS, Whereby it ended up being written off due to none payment, However I had managed to control my finances and paid it up. I sent the proof of payments to IEMAS, And on my transunion report it was showing only default from IEMAS account. However today Miemie Labuschagne sent me a confirmation mail that it is paid up including the letter of settlement, But she mentioned I need to get a lawyer to remove my name from court, Cause the was a judgement granted on my name this year March 2013. I need to know if IEMAS will remove the judgement on my name, or I should go the route of getting the ITC removal companies. There are so many companies that people, I don't want to be a victim. If IEMAS can remove my name at cost, I rather go that route. Please let me know I'm desperate here.
