A month ago when our Private Banker, Jasmin Waja contacted me to ascertain if there was anything she could do for us. I required a new business current account to be opened. She would have the appropriate person contact me to make suitable arrangements. The next day I received a call from Springs Branch to assist..SPRINGS!! I advised them I would be wasting their time. The following day, a charming gentleman from Eastgate Branch contacted me. Sadly I had to advise him its probably also too far for him. He said he would have someone from Fourways Crossing Branch contact me. Charlotte v/d Merwe from Fourways Crossing contacted me & I advised her as soon as I have the name of my business confirmed, I'll arrange an appointment with her. Yesterday I contacted her to arrange the appt for either today or tomorrow & asked what docs she will need. She confirmed appt for this afternoon but didn't advise what docs. I tried to call her on contact no. - you cannot get through to the branch at all! Eventually I tried her cell & she advised me it is for private use & its not her fault if SBSA has implemented call centres. Its clear they dont want new business!!!
