Thanks for your patience and the great attitude too, really goes a long way when having to answer ALL those Underwriting questions... eish, they're long hey..but necessary I suppose.
Keep up the good work guys... not just when signing up a client, but also in retaining said client... a retained client is far more valuable than a new client ;)
