On the 10 May we signed up a client Mr Letsoalo who purchased a Bmw. After the underwriting we were able to offer him a lower premium than when he was quoted by me and the client was very happy for that. The client called in a few days later and in my absence the client mentioned he was very grateful that the underwriter still took the time to assist him even after the policy was written up a few days ago. Thank you for helping my client and going the extra mile when we and the client needed it the most
