I have tried on numerous occasions to get in contact with Old Mutual last week as well as this morning and I have to say its shocking that I have had to wait over 10 minutes every time and then just gave up as my life does not revolve around having to sit around and wait for a call centre to answer my call. To try and see if there was another method I have also sent a request to be contacted via my self service on-line profile who said they would be in contact in 48 hours, this was last week Wednesday, please don't make promises you cannot keep. To say the least shocking.
