I contacted outsurance regarding an issue with my account. To cut a long story short. All the consultants I spoke to was friendly and ALWAYS helpfull and I wish that I can thank them all by name. a Special thank you to Jiffty who said that she whould give me feedback by 09:00 the next morning but then called me Just before 19:00 the same night!
