My thanks to Kenneth Kerr of Outsurance for outstanding assistance with my car insurance. Not only did he lower my premium but patiently answered all my questions and gave me sound advice. I don't really believe all TV adverts, but the Outsurance ad with the "bending over backwards" really is true. so glad I'm a client of Outsurance!!! Kenneth, 10 out of 10 for you!! Thanks a million.
