Employees bad attitude

On Sat 2 March, I was a FNB, Cnr of Field & Smith Street. There was a long queue for deposits. I noticed an old white women queing, her feet were swollen because of standing for a long time. I then approached a teller (whom I did not see his name properly but ended with... sizwe) to aks him to assist this lady. But his response was shocking. He just looked at her and said 'lo omncane kanje' and carried on with what he was doing. I disappointedly went back to my queue and waited for my turn. I noticed that this old lady was also handicapped somehow or it was because of tiredness. I have no clue whether it was the bad attitude or but this teller's doing was disgusting. I believe every bank has floor assistants to look at such incidents but I cannot say the same about FNB, Smith Street.
