Wrongful deduction

I phoned Outsurance about 2 months ago asking about a quote on my vehicle and household assets. The person i spoke to took all my details (which i thought was normal practice by outsurance) We were on the phone for over 30 minutes while he explained everything to me. He said he would email me the quote, which i didn't receive. I phoned back a couple days later asking about the quote and they said they had the wrong email address, they took the correct email address down and I confirmed with the person that this was only a quote and if i was happy I would have to phone back and confirm I wanted the policy to start from the 1st of March. They confirmed such.
On the 2nd March i wake up to find that Outsurance has taken R820 off my bank account!!! IT WAS A QUOTE that i asked for, How can you take money off my account???
Now i must sit with R820 just gone out of my budget... Will never use outsurance if i can help it.
