I went to back to settle my loan, teller says cannot assist me must go to enquiries for balance, waited in a queue and there was only 1 user to assist eventually some came to assist, upon assistance the user couldn't assist me and some one else had to help me, went back to teller to pay loan as i eventually received an amount. then the teller advised me no i cannot swipe amount i must pay cash so i did a with drawl at teller after processing the payment she says i must pay another R81 as I'm making the deposit (why the should i pay more money if settling the loan) the bank is very pathetic and they should rather close it as every one is useless and reopen Adderley street branch. i refuse to pay an extra amount for the deposit i no longer want the loan and i no longer want to bank with this incompetent bank - you guys really need new staff and why should i pay for something i want to settle? you guys just know how to rob your clients
