I have being a builders warehouse customer for a long time now. But what happened yesterday (20/12/2012) me off to a point that I will never step foot at a builder warehouse again. I literally ended up paying for something which I had to leave at the Store. Can you please pay back my money. Invoice (C4174418) number attached.
I got to builder asked for 2 cement from one of you quotation guys in the store. Told me the price and moved off to the next client. I waited a minutes or so and asked "what about me? " He then remembers to give me a slip that he printed and was sitting on his printer while he was assisting another client.
Then I went to the back till to pay. Sat behind another client then the teller tells me the till is not working and I need to pay at the front of the store. I walked behind teller to the front of the store. The teller takes the client she was with to the front of the queue and I start the same queue at the back. I hate queues with a passion and I don't stand in a queue unless I really stuck. This time I decided let me wait. I Read 6 online newspapers while in the queue, while my white lady friend was quickly helped.
