Discrimination

I went to Clicks Meyersdal on 30 March. I went to stand in the queue to pay for my item. There was 1 customer being served at the only teller that was open. My husband & I were standing in the queue for a couple of minutes when an African lady came from outside and stood on the exit side of the tellers. Another teller came to assist & offered to help the African lady 1st. I advised the teller that we had been standing in the queue & that the African lady had come from outside & was not in the queue. I proceeded to to the counter when the African lady said to me that it was because she is black. I turned to her & said that it had nothing to do with colour that she was pushing in & that it is not right. I continued to pay while this African lady started shouting at me & calling me a & even threatened to get her husband out the car. She said that she went to the car to fetch her card, however this seemed to take very long, considering that she was not there when we got to the queue & we had stood in the queue for sometime. The staff stood there and said nothing. The manager (I think) then came and apologised to this African lady. This is absolute dicrimination.
