Absolutely DISGUSTING service!

I went into the Nedbank branch on Smith Street to print bank statements. I stood in a queue for a good 15 minutes and when my turn was up I went up to the lady at the counter and requested to have bank statements printed. She couldn't assist me and referred me to a gentleman 2 windows away from her, Mr Dilip Visram. This man refused to print the statements and screamed to his colleague who'd come to assist him with this incredibly complicated process of printing statements, "this
will take too long, it's Friday afternoon, tell "her" to come back on Monday! "...
1. Why do you have staff at the enquiries counters who don't know how to print bank statements?!!!
2. There are MILLIONS of unemployed youth in this country, why do you have 60 year old men working in a client facing environment who do not work after 2pm on a Friday?!

Mr. Suren Ramilan I suggest that you train your branch staff better and relook at your hiring policies! This was a very poor reflection on yourself as a branch manager!
