FNB's service was horrible horrible horrible

We went to FNB Centurion lifestyle Centre today (4 feb) to exchange dollars for rands. Firstly, we walked in &nowhere did it state where we needed to go for foreign exchange, so we went to the tellers &before we joined the queue I went to the lady at the 3rd teller to confirm where we needed to go, she looked at me & had no idea what i wanted so i had to spell it out to her "we want to exchange dollars for rands" so she said we should join the teller queue. After 20 minutes in the queue the lady on the left side (teller 1) then she asked whether i'm South-African?!?!? 1 i said yes, and she told me that I was supposed to go to the consultants in front &join that queue. I was livid!!! unacceptable! Why was I not told in the beginning when i specifically asked which queue I needed to join. So I walked over to an indian lady with a red shirt which had a name badge but didn't know whether she was the manager or not, so i told her my frustrations &she said she is sorry &she would talk to the teller. I specifically expected her to assist us right there and then but noooo we needed to join another queue which was going to take another hour. UNACCEPTABLE! "How can we help you" is a myth!!
