My Cell phone got the long weekend. I then phoned Callsure Insurance to assist me with a claim. Except for the poor service and employees who has no clue what is going on there is this irritated policy or something that they read to you when they answer the phone. Please when I was holding on for my phone call to be answered the lady repeated it several times. Never the less the point I want to make is where in my policy did it state that there will be an excess to be paid up front, please provide me the proof. Then only will the claim be processed? What nonsense is this and then the phone will be delivered what if the phone has a defect or something who will I contact then will they come and pick it up and again ask me a excess before they will work on it?? I will surely spread the word that nobody must take out the Insurance MTN has to offer. I think Finrite has a lot of lessons to learn from other major Insurances.
