This is now 9 weeks after first reporting the Irreparable damage to my phone to Callsure, the phone insurance devision of Finrite. after paying them a deposit some weeks ago, they collected my phone on 16 May. since then I have been sending emails to a number of senior members of the group without success. The call centre is unable to give me any feedback on where my phone is and when I can expect it to be repaired
