I laid a claim to Finrite Callsure insurance administered by Hollard in the first week of Dec, my Galaxy S3 fell and the screen stopped working. I was told that I need to pay an excess fee of R751 thereafter they will collect my phone.
On the 18th of Dec I paid the excess fee and faxed the relevant documentations. I was then called by one of their consultants who took down my collection address. The consultant than called me again the next day to inform me that my postal code is incorrect which I then corrected, he advised me that he will send my details to the company that will be collecting my phone and that was the 19th of December 2013. I am still waiting for them to collect my phone for repairs since then, and when I try calling them I wait on the call qeue for about 15 minutes with no answer. I called again this morning and the lady I spoke to advised me that she will send my details through to Callsure so as they can call me and I am still eagerly waiting for that call. I am so disappointed and upset, I need my phone to be fixed ASAP.
