I Received an SMS today from Anthony Richards & stating " You did not pay your Absa Visa Legal Acc on the 28/02/2013 as promised to avoid legal process i must pay today" I infact i paid my account on the 25th when i contacted then they i received the sms as i paid on the 25th and not on the 28th like i said? Really??? I can commit to a set day i can only guarantee before the last day of the month, but every month i receive sms's time after time telling me i haven't paid and threatening me with the legal process. I have to date not missed a payment, I find Anthony Richards continue to harass me via sms and telephonically and i find this behaviour very unprofessional and i am shocked that ABSA use such Debt collecting company's that allow this behaviour to harass people in this way! When i question Anthony Richards i get told its the IT department but surely when my payment is made it is registered on there system? They have told me before to ignore there sms's but what if something has gone wrong with my payment and they haven't picked it up? They really need to sort out there systems and process!!!
