I had a loan which was handed over in 2012 to Anthony Richards and associates, arrangements were made, in 2012 july the loan was paid off, I had to wait fo 3 months for a clearence letter. on the 4th of October i recieved the clearence letter.
now my account has been handed to other lawyers while i have a clearence leter from Antony Richards and associates.
what can i do, now no one want to take responsibility, ANthont Richards keeps making promises that they will inform absa to write off the debts, but nothing is happening,
