I have paid my outstanding Nedbank account on the 28th of July already, and keep getting calls from Anthony Richards & Associates regarding my outstanding balance. I keep telling the callers that I have paid my account and have already forwarded the proof of payment many times to them, and refuse to waste more time and money on someone else incompetence.
The last call was from a Mrs. Jantjies who was very rude, does not let one finish, and just talks over a person. These calls are unacceptable during office hours as it is jeopardising my job for NO reason. Harrassing someone who has paid their account is against the law.
