I had an accident on the 2nd of March (sartuday) at about 21:30. As an iWYZE member I contacted their ermergency line and was assisted by Hercules who diid an excellent job of sending a tow service within an hour and also checking up on us by calling and smsing to find out if we had been helped. He also further informed me that I should call the Claims department on Monday as they were closed for the weekend. Come monday, I woke up early and started calling the call center, I got through their daunty and long recordings but I did not mind that because I knew that at the end I was going to speak to the consultant who was gonna help me with my claim. But to my surprise the call just went dead when it got to the part of me leaving a message for them to contact me. I tried getting through to the consultants the whole day long and nothing. That is when I decided to go to the Old Mutual branch in Ermelo to ask for help, but they also turned me away with no help. So with my claim process in its beginning stages I'm just wondering what other problems I'm going to encounter.
