Iwyze has Bad Service, Zero customer service

Its now going to my 3rd week since i was burgled and Iwyze has still not processed my claim. I cant even get through to speak to a consultant. Every time i keep being routed to the message desk where i leave a message. Only once did they try to get back to me and unfortunately i was in a meeting so they left a message to phone them back but guess on what number!! The same unresponsive call center number!! I thought i made a good choice joining old mutual but am reconsidering my insurer! Wouldn't recommend iwyze to anyone and am sure gonna spread the news on social networks.see my blog [URL Removed] which details my experiences!.other insurers process claims in 48 hours but iwyze seem to think its 48 days!!
