Bad service and slow response with no communicatio

We insured a car on comprehensive and had an accident on the 30 March 2013. We got a courtesy car on the 9th of April 2013 only to be called on the 22 of April 2013 to take the car back. I was communicating one staff member from iwyze who informed me that since l had received an offer for a write off or a settlement l could not keep the courtesy car. l signed the claim for the write off on the 26 of April 2013 Then l was told that staff member was no longer dealing with my claim l had to deal with another person. Since then l have had numerous request from iwyze for what thy need from my side but l get nothing for you guys. I was asked to send my car documents and car keys via courier to new staff member at 75 President Street Mutual and federal /Iwyze building. This was in April. Its now 17 May one and half months later and l haven't received my claim and l don't have transport to go work. Iwyze has inconvenienced me. Is this the way to do business that l pay for comprehensive cover and l get two weeks courtesy car and my claim takes one a half months and besides l am the one doing the calling to your guys they say they will call back and they never do.
