On the 06/12/2012 I received a statement from DMC of my account with an outstanding closing balance of R3, 749.51. Which I then paid in full on the 24/12/2012. I made the request for the settlement letter and to clear this account on ITC. On that same day 24/12/2012 I was told that this process would take 7 working days. Today 14/01/2013 I contacted them again about the letter and they responded by saying that this would take an addidtional 2 or 3 working days. This is unacceptable!!! Please sought this out or I will take legal action.
