I Mrs Cynthia Naidoo have been hassled to get paid up letter from Jet Stores in Chatsworth. On 29/09/2012 i went into jet chastworth and requested for my outstanding balance on my account. I was given the amount of R3252.25 which i paid in full. I requested a paid up letter from the store, and was told to come back after 7 working days. As of this day i haven received the letter neither is anyone helpful at the store. I have made several tel. calls let alone go to the store only to hear excuses. I have contacted Avisha at Edcon and explained my situtation and still no Joy. Email for Avisha is [Email Removed] This letter is of great importance as i am in a process of buying a home and this is delaying me since September 2012. Your assistance in this matter will be highly appreaciated,
