Settlement Lette

Hi, ive had a Standard Bank Blue bean card which unfortunately went unpaid as my financials werent working out for me, I have now managed to sort myself out and on the 25 February i managed to settle this account. I received a letter from the attorneys stating that the account is paid up and they will advise STD Bank. Now 3 months later I am applying to finance a Property, the Bank requires a Settlement Letter from STD Bank and not the Attorneys. STD Bank blatantly refuses to issue me with one. They just keep saying that they will clear my name with the Credit Bureau but not once have they requested my details to do so, also WHY can I NOT get a Settlement Letter from them. I've spoken to a Matilda Nkambule. Lucretia Humbly (Team Leader) and cannot get hold of the Manager Elijah Westmacott. Is it so difficult to just issue a Settlement Letter, thats all I am asking Nothing else. I would like to get feedback and a Settlement Letter today please, this is holding up my Home Loan application.
