Last year I paid my edgards credit card in full. I ask for a settlement letter a few times now and a year later I am still waiting for that letter. I phoned today and a guy said I have to wait 3 to 4 working days. But I am waiting for a year now. Please, that is all I ask. Is my settlement letter, because it is not taken of trans union as well.
