I have sent the mistake in the policy back twice and still nothing. Is it a tact? If you claim you say you wont be paying out due to policy details being incorrect? and saying its your problem to check policy documents.
I have raised this twice in a week, and I glad the policy only becomes active on the 1st of April. Please dont bother any longer and cancel my activation, I have called my guy "Khambi" and today he is not answering his phone.
I will re-instate my other policy today with my current insurance provider, as this is a BAD practice I want to avoid
