On the 9th of September 2013 I spoke to Melissa about a car insurance - things were going well, I gave my details - until she told me about a once-off administration fee of R255 or so- I told her I am not paying an administration fee that much - because the reason I am looking for an alternative insurance is because I am paying too much for my current insurance. I asked to cancel the cover. She put throuigh to the cancellation's department - who said they did not have any record of my policy as I had not received the policy number then.
I received an SMS with the policy number and I tried calling the customer care number without success. I got onto FNB'S website and left a complaint with the hope of getting someoen to call me back - no one called me. I am worried that a deduction will take place at the end of the month, and I do not want the policy.
Please FNB help me stop this policy before it starts - I do not need it
