I TOOK OUT A ONE PLAN HEALTH INSURANCE AND WHEN RECIEVING DOCUMENTS IT WAS THE WRONG PLAN!!! I PHONED AND ASKED TO BE CANCELED. 4 MONTHS DOWN STILL DEDUCTING THE MONEY AFTER NUMERIOUS CALLS AND CONFIRMATION FROM THEM THAT THE POLICY IS CANCELED AND THE MONEY WILL NOT GO OFF!! AFTER PHONING AND PHONING LOOKED LIKE I GOT SOME ONE TO ASSIST BUT NO LUCK STILL STORIES. NOW I HAVE TO FILL IN AN APPLICATION AND THE ORIGINAL PRICE QUOTED THAT I DID EXCEPTED FROM THE ORIGINAL OFFER IS MORE NOW THE PREMIUM AND ALOT OF UNDERWRITING STORIES ETC. I TOLD THE LADY THAT PHONED TODAY THIS IS BULL!!! I DID NOT WANT THE POLICY AS IT WAS INCORRECT AND I WANT ALL MY MONEY PAID BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT WITHIN 24 HOURS AND NO MORE EXCUSES NOR ANYTHING FROM THEM! THEY QUICK TO TAKE YOU MONEY BUT IT IS FOR THE WRONG POLICY YOU DID NOT WANT - CANT JUST FIX ALL TO GET THE RIGHT POLICY AND I DEMAND MY MONEY BACK IMMEDIATELY - DONT CARE HOW I WANT MY MONEY BACK IN MY ACCOUNT IN 24 HOURS STARTING 12 TODAY 22 JANUARY 2013. THEY VULTURES TAKE AND TAKE BUT DONT ASSIST NOR FIX AND MAKE SURE CUSTOMER IS HAPPY!!! WORST SERVICE EVER AND WILL NOT ADVICE ANYONE TO DEAL WITH ONE PLAN HEALTH INSURANCE
