I joined King price insurance in Septermber, helped by Dheseegan, got an accident on the 12 septermber, another car hit me, the sales people dont real explain what you puting yourself into, the only thing they want to do is make you take the policy, it wasnt explained to me properly what access, im going to pay in case i get an accident, they keep on emphasis that their the cheapest nad best insurance and service with a lower price i can get. now the repairs service telling me i need to pay R20 500, in cash to get my car back, the lady from GREAT SOUTH AUTOBODY, Even exclaimed that that is too much access, WHAT IS THE USE OF PAYING R20 500 WHEN YOU DO HAVE INSURANCE, WHAT IS IT THAT IM PAYING THE POLICY FOR, CAUSE I COULD HAVE TAKEN A CAR TO MY PRIVATE SERVICE AND, I WASNT GOING TO PAY THAT MUCH.i called king 3 weeks back to investigate the day i took the policy if instruction were given properly, the guy i spoke to, from king he even said that sales people just rush to make you agree to something you dont understand for thier own benefit. ive been waiting, no body got back at me, even call today, was told that they come back to me. i dont have R20 500? and i need help and my ca
