On 28 January 2013 Nedbank incorrectly debited my account. Since then I've been trying to get my money back unsuccessfully. The feedback given by Nedbank differs with every call made and I am given the incorrect information which has now resulted to a bigger mess. The call center personal is not capable of assisting me and the supervisors leave empty promises. If they did not submit the incorrect debit order this would never have happened. If the call center where more helpful, this would have been resolved by now. The last phone call received said that Nedbank is giving up. This means that I must just be happy with loosing my money. I AM NOT HAPPY. I now realize why so many people are skeptic about Nedbank.
