Not happy with service

I have a personal loan with Nedbank. For the past year they have been deducting the debit order on the wrong day. So the debit order gets written back and i need to pay the bank charges. My account says that the debit order must go off on the last day of the month, but Nedbank lets it go of anytime from the 22nd of each month. I have spoken to countless call center consultants and all of them promised that they would fix the problem. Yesterday another consultant gave me a call and as I was explaining my situation she put the phone down in my ear. This is not acceptable. I need to get reimbursed all of the bank charges that I had to pay for Nedbank's mistake and they need to fix the problem
