I was so frustrated with Miway last week when I was trying to cancel my policy and I was told on 3 occasions that the Senior Consultants were not available. On Saturday the debit order went through and I I called Miway to inform them that I have been trying to call and have been told numerous times that there were no Senior Consultants available to talk to me. I found a nice guy and I explained what happened and I was put through to a guy by the name of Thulani Letsie. He was so understanding and understood my frustrations with this whole process.
He told me what I need to do in order to get a refund and apologised for the kind of service I received. After talking to him, I just might go back to Miway, they've always treated me well hence I've stayed with them since 2008. Thulani, you might have won this customer back...
