When I took a personal loan with Nedbank agreement was that debit order is the 20th of each month, but nedbank has since ignored my instruction & tried debiting my account on the 18th of January & that resulted in ABSA placing a Returned Debit order on my portfolio or records of which will affects my dealing with ABSA,
I have never been listed on credit Bureau or by any institution but what NEDBANK has done was to mess everything I had done on my credit since working and applying for credit, I want Nedbank to solve this with ABSA, and advise me accordingly or otherwise the matter will be sent to BANKING OMBUDSMAN for breach of contract.
